Abstract—Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is among the boldest goals in computer science. However, there is still no clear agreement on how close existing systems are to achieving it. This paper provides an in-depth comparative study of GPT-5 and Gemini 2.5 Pro, two current high-end large language models, to evaluate their progress toward AGI.

Agentic RAG for Enterprise IT Support Automation
FedEx Supply Chain IT support manages high ticket volume across Help Desk, DevOps, and System Administration teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. However, support knowledge is fragmented across SharePoint wikis, SOPs, runbooks, and ServiceNow ticket history, making it difficult to quickly locate accurate solutions. This creates delays, inconsistent resolutions, repeated troubleshooting, and higher escalation rates. This project proposes the Dynamic IT Support Model (DISM), an agentic RAG system that retrieves enterprise knowledge, generates role-specific solutions, and supports automated ticket routing.
